A gift for baby and you at Priceline

From a multi-million-dollar redevelopment of Coles to the addition of our very own Super Butcher, Albany Creek Village is a hive of activity cementing its place as a cornerstone of shopping convenience in the Moreton Bay and northern Brisbane areas. 

 

The full-line Coles Supermarket is continuing to trade as it undertakes a $7 million refurbishment which will fit out the store utilising an improved store layout and includes an upgrade to the Click & Collect facility to provide seven bays under awnings for all-weather access. 

 

If you’re a carnivore a visit to the Super Butcher at Albany Creek Village should be on your bucket list. Sounds a bit over-hyped, doesn’t it? But trust us, it’s not! 

 

For meat lovers, the Super Butcher truly is more of an experience than just a shopping destination, offering Brisbane’s widest range of branded beef as well as a huge selection of pork, lamb and chicken to choose from. And that’s before we start looking at the sauces, meat rubs and condiments which line the walls of the shop. 

 

Also new to Albany Creek Village are the owners of Nextra, which has been a longstanding tenant of the centre. Nextra Albany Creek is one of 300 newsagencies owned by the Nexra Group Australia-wide which boast huge buying power, allowing for a fantastic selection for shoppers.  

 

These include newspapers, Scratch-Its and Golden Casket lottery products, a wide range of gifts and everything needed to wrap them, homewares, cards and stationery, fiction and non-fiction books as well as charging cables and power banks for your tablet or phone. 

 

Owners of Albany Creek Village, Fortius Funds Management, completed a major refurbishment of the centre in 2018 which included new landscaping, upgrades to flooring, ceiling and lighting and, the addition of new seating pods. 

 

Senior Property Manager, Belinda Hammett from Knight Frank Australia, said this is an exciting time for Albany Creek Village with lots of activity, interest from prospective new tenants, the development of the Allied Health hub and the Coles redevelopment. 

 

The centre hosts 30 tenants including eateries, a gym, Skateaway, butchers baker, bank, hair and beauty services as well as Allied Health services such as a doctor’s surgery, optometrist, audiologist, dermatologist and Priceline Pharmacy.

Albany Creek Village is located at 700 Albany Creek Road in the northern Brisbane suburb of Albany Creek. It is air conditioned, has more than 550 car parks, a parent’s room and free wi fi. The centre can be accessed by car, on foot or by one of the regular buses which visit Albany Creek Village.
